New look conference planner for Auckland

Auckland Business Tourism has launched its new 2009 Conference, Incentive and Travel Planner.

The stylish planner offers a more comprehensive guide to what’s on offer in Auckland. It features an increased activities section with dining options and sample itineraries of things to do across the region.

Auckland Business Tourism manager, Anna Hayward, says it’s important that event organisers have the full package of information when considering whether to host an event in Auckland.

“As well as the vital venue information, we want to ensure that people understand the diversity of the region – almost everything you can do in New Zealand you can do in Auckland,” says Anna. “The initial response to the revamped planner has been great.”

Other key features of the comprehensive guide include capacity charts, a detailed regional map and an Air NZ route map.

The planner has also taken on a new look to coincide with Tourism Auckland’s latest marketing campaign and incorporate Auckland’s regional brand.
